About these terms
These terms cover Influencing Studio, a private publishing tool run by Dhiren Appalraju, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as [To fill: trading name (hollis)], [To fill: trading name (nana)] and [To fill: trading name (dotty)] (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@studio.hollishotkey.com. Postal address: [To fill: business postal address].
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled, and the data deletion page explains how to have it deleted.
A private tool, with no public accounts
- Influencing Studio is used only by its owner, to publish to and manage the social media accounts he owns.
- There are no public accounts, no sign-up and no other users. Access is limited to the owner by Cloudflare Access.
- It isn't sold, licensed or offered to anyone.
YouTube Terms of Service
Influencing Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Influencing Studio, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Other platforms
Each platform's own terms apply to what's published there: Meta's for Instagram and Facebook, TikTok's, and Pinterest's.
How the Studio is used
- It connects only accounts its owner owns and manages, each through the platform's official sign-in.
- Every post is AI-generated and says so: each platform's AI-content label is switched on and can't be switched off, and every caption carries an “AI” tag. Monetised or sponsored posts start with “#ad”.
- Nothing is published without the owner's approval.
Responsibility
The Studio is provided for its owner's own use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
