Data deletion
How to disconnect an account from Influencing Studio, and how to have us delete your data. Deletion requests are carried out within 7 days.
Disconnecting a connected account
- In the Studio (its owner): open Connected accounts and press Disconnect next to the account. The Studio revokes its access at the platform and deletes the account's stored data at once: the access token, the channel's name and avatar, and its statistics.
- At Google: remove Influencing Studio on the Google security settings page. The Studio notices at its daily check and deletes the channel's data within 7 days.
- At Facebook or Instagram: in the account's settings, open “Business integrations” or “Apps and websites” and remove the app.
- At Pinterest: open Settings, then Security, then the apps with access to the account, and remove the app.
Asking us to delete your data
- Email privacy@studio.hollishotkey.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Say which platforms you used and your username on each, so we can find what we hold (comments and messages keep only your public username and text).
- We delete everything we hold about you within 7 days and email you to confirm.
This covers everything the Studio stores. If you also want a comment or message removed from the platform itself, delete it there: the platform keeps its own copy.
What's deleted without asking
- YouTube comment text and other non-statistical YouTube data: within 30 days.
- Comments and messages from other platforms: after 90 days.
- The Studio's server log: after 30 days.
